NUEVO OLIVE OIL VARIETIES
Nuevo olive groves grow a wide range of olive varieties, selected for their regional suitability and flavour characteristics. Interestingly, most varieties demonstrate subtle but significant taste differences depending on the natural environment they are grown in, further emphasizing the excitement and satisfaction to be experienced with Nuevo’s New World oils.
